RomeLid ("we", "us") operates romelid.com and sells the RomeLid laptop accessory. Contact: privacy@romelid.com.
Contract performance (fulfilling your order), consent (marketing emails/SMS, advertising cookies — withdrawable at any time), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service security).
We share data only with processors needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our email/SMS provider (messages you opted into), Meta (ad measurement, with consent), our hosting and fulfillment providers. We do not sell personal information.
Emails are sent only if you opt in, and every email contains an unsubscribe link. SMS is sent only if you expressly provide a phone number and agree to SMS; reply STOP at any time to opt out (US TCPA/CTIA compliant). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may opt out of "sharing" for cross-context advertising. Email privacy@romelid.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer to change your consent at any time. EU/UK residents may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority; California residents will not be discriminated against for exercising rights.
Order records are kept as long as required by tax law; marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Data is transmitted over TLS and held by the processors listed above.
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
